The SyncTime app is provided by Stitch Agency and is used by independent clinics, salons, and wellness businesses to manage bookings, treatments, and loyalty rewards for their clients.

Looking for help with a specific appointment? Your clinic manages your bookings, treatment notes, and payment receipts directly. Please contact them first — their details are in the app under Profile → My Clinic.

Common questions

I can't sign in

SyncTime uses your phone number or email address to sign in. If you're not receiving the verification code, check that the number is correct, that your device has signal, and that the SyncTime SMS isn't in a spam folder. If the issue persists, email support@synctime.co.uk with the phone number or email you're trying to use.

I want to delete my account

You can delete your account from inside the app — open the Profile tab, scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom, and tap Delete Account. You can also request deletion by email. See our Account Deletion page for full details on what's deleted and when.

I have a question about a payment

Payments for treatments are processed by your clinic. Please contact them first. If you believe there's been a technical error with the app or your card was charged unexpectedly, email support@synctime.co.uk.
